Shipping and Payment Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Payment Policy.
Our Shipping and Payment Policy is valid for the US, EU Countries and non EU countries available at checkout. This Shipping and Payment Policy is referenced in our Terms of Use Policy, by a direct link to this page in the chapter: G) Privacy Policy/Shipping and Payment Policy/Returns Policy.
A) Shipping
A 01. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. After your item as been dispatched please allow indicated additional days in transit for delivery. Orders processed after 2pm (EST Time) of any working day are shipped on the next following day.
A 02. Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday excluding weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by the email you provide us to order you items.
A 03. All dispatched packages are carefully packed to insure your items arrive to you in perfect condition. At the moment our packaging consists of a high quality envelop/box 100% recycled, personalized with FA VO sticker and the shipping label. Note that when necessary, different envelopes, boxes or stickers might be used to accommodate/package your items.
A 04. Shipping charges will be directly presented at the moment of purchase, they may vary on the amount/weight of the items you choose to purchase. If free shipping is not applicable to the order, the costumer will have to pay for the shipping cost in totality, this is valid for the US, EU countries and non EU countries available at checkout.
A 05. The shipping cost is calculated following 2022 standard US carriers rates.
A 06. All shipping prices are calculated in relation with the specific delivery country and packaging size/weight.
A 07. A Shipping order confirmation and shipping reference will be emailed to you when your item has been dispatched.
A 08. Prices may vary in direct relation with the carrier revision prices along the fiscal year. When this happens the prices showed on the website will be updated accordingly.
A 09. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
A 10. If you are a customer outside the US, UK and EU commercial zone, please note that we only have a certain amount of countries available at checkout. If you can't find your country at checkout and you still want to purchase any of our products please contact us via the contact us form on our website, and we'll make sure to add your country to the checkout page.
B) Accepted Payments
B 01. Our payment terminal provides a high secure server window for all your online payments. Our checkout is powered and secured by squarespace.
B 02. FA VO online store accepts all the following payments methods:
a. PAYPAL secure terminal.
b. STRIPE secure terminal (Apple Pay on any apple device where apple pay is enabled, VISA, Master Card and American Express).
B 03. Note that when you accept the payment instructions on our online store your credit card (or other payment method you might use), will be charged when you place your order. If by any improbable reason we are not able to fulfill your order you will be notified by email and your credit card will be refunded immediately.
B 04. The final item price, shipping any applicable tax, will be presented to you at the time of checkout. This price will be the final amount charged on the payment method you choose. No other charges will be applied to your payment method.

C) Changes to this shipping and payment policy
C 01. FA VO reserves the right to change this Shipping and Payment Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to accept the Terms of Use at checkout.
